Job Description

Pinnacle Wound Management is currently seeking a wound specialist to join our network. We welcome surgeons and physicians with all specialty backgrounds. Our partnered specialist visits the patient at the nursing home and develops a comprehensive plan of care with the nursing staff.

Pinnacle Wound Management is one of the nation s fastest growing network of highly trained wound care providers. Our wound specialists enjoy a worklife balance. Our specialist round weekly from 7am4pm. No weekends No nights No calls.

Interested in joining the Pinnacle Wound Management family

• Travel to each assigned nursing facility weekly
  




• Assess patient and make recommendations on plan of care
  




• Work closely with nursing staff and facility administration
  




• Utilize facility formulary and follow facility protocols
  




• Document patient encounter in our EHR to ensure timely reporting
  




• Discuss treatments and goals with PCP and family members
  




• Procedures Debridement s I & D s Cellular Tissue Application Cauterization NPWT etc.
  

Requirements

• Unrestricted Medical License in state of practice
  
• DEA
  
• Must pass state and federal background checks
  
• Basic EHR knowledge
  
• Team Player
  
• Strong Communication skills
  
• 1 year wound care experience
  
• Wound Care Certification (preferred)
