Base pay range: $80,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr
We offer General Manager in Training opportunities. Join our Management Development Program to potentially run a wedding venue within 6 12 months. This training covers hosting events, food logistics, staff scheduling, revenue planning, and vendor partnerships. You'll learn to delight clients, satisfy guests, and motivate your team.
