Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Fulfillment Supervisor to oversee our production operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of production workers, ensuring that manufacturing processes run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of manufacturing processes, and the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise. The Supervisor will play a key role in maintaining quality standards and optimizing production workflow.

Job description

This is in a B2C fulfillment role demanding large volumes of orders to be shipped out and processing returns.

The Production Supervisor will oversee all aspects of production within the window and door manufacturing facility, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality output. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in B2C Fulfillment and handeling a large team. English and Spanish is required

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all production activities to ensure timely and efficient manufacturing processes.
• Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand and optimize resource utilization.
• Monitor production metrics and performance indicators to ensure alignment with company goals.
• Implement best practices in millwork to enhance quality and efficiency..
• Establish and maintain high standards for product quality throughout the production process.
• Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes and outputs.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of production supervisors and workers.
• Conduct regular training and development sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing safety regulations and conducting regular safety training.
• Perform safety audits and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards and regulations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Utilize lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Manage the production budget, including labor, materials, and overhead costs.
• Ensure effective utilization of resources, including machinery and manpower.
• Oversee maintenance and repair of production equipment to minimize downtime.

Qualifications:

• Must be certified with the sit dow, stand up and reach
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 4 years in a supervisor role
• Experience in B2C Fulfillment
• Spanish and English required
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles.
• Proficiency in using manufacturing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.

The position requires working in a manufacturing environment, which may include exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures.

May require standing for extended periods and the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24 hourly

Schedule:

• 15 hour shifts
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
