About Us

Greenway at Fisher Park is a residential community in Greensboro, NC, dedicated to providing modern living spaces, excellent resident services, and a supportive team culture. We are seeking an Entry-Level Virtual Assistant to provide remote administrative and organizational support to our growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage emails, calendars, and scheduling for team members.

• Prepare documents, reports, and basic presentations.

• Maintain digital filing s ystems and update records.

• Provide customer support via email or phone as needed.

• Conduct online research and compile information.

• Assist managers with day-to-day administrative tasks.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).

• Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).

• Proficiency with MS Office and basic computer skills.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.

• Self-motivated and eager to learn.

• No prior experience required — training will be provided.
