We are looking for a skilled Systems Administrator to join our team in Middleton, Wisconsin. This Contract to permanent position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, supporting a technology-focused infrastructure and collaborating closely with managed service providers. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a dedication to delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain Windows Server environments to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Administer Active Directory, including user and group management, permissions, and security settings.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Windows 10 systems across the organization.
• Configure and manage Cisco network devices to maintain secure and efficient connectivity.
• Collaborate with managed service providers to address system issues and implement solutions.
• Maintain and support Citrix technologies to enable seamless remote access and virtualized applications.
• Oversee server infrastructure, including installation, updates, and system monitoring.
• Build and sustain relationships with vendors to ensure timely procurement and resolution of technical challenges.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing technical inquiries and resolving issues promptly.• Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems administration or a related field.
• Proficiency in Windows Server and Active Directory administration.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10 operating systems.
• Experience working with Dell Technologies hardware and solutions.
• Familiarity with Citrix technologies for virtualization and remote access.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco networking devices and configurations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage vendor relationships and collaborate effectively with external service providers.
