Job Description

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) required.
• Experience in crisis intervention and mental health services preferred.

• ssess and evaluate clients with serious mental, social, emotional, and behavioral disabilities to determine their needs, strengths, and limitations.
• Record significant psychosocial events and clinical conditions in client records.
• Establish and maintain therapeutic relationships with clients and their families, utilizing professional social work skills effectively.
• Review psychiatric, medical, and other case records to understand client backgrounds and discuss issues with families and treatment team members.
• Conduct admission screenings and psychosocial assessments to inform treatment planning.
• Make treatment recommendations and actively participate in the development of individualized treatment plans.
• Provide social casework services, individual, group, and family therapy as needed.
• ssess the availability of services and act as a consumer advocate to ensure clients receive appropriate treatment and support.
• Develop and implement discharge plans, coordinating services with community providers as necessary.

• Work hours: 8:00am - 4:00pm or 9am - 5pm, 8 hours shift; Monday - Friday.
• Overtime will be infrequent and on an as-needed basis, subject to supervisor approval.
• Overtime may be required to complete daily tasks efficiently.
