Teaching is a complex and multi-faceted endeavor. Part science and part artistic expression, teaching involves a blend of technical expertise and individual style. In the context of the EPS school program focused on critical thinking , experience by doing , and i ntegration , residents develop knowledge and skills in the following domains:

Program Sequence
In late August, resident teachers and new faculty attend a two-day orientation before preparation starts for the new academic year with the full faculty and staff.
Resident teachers participate as faculty members for the academic year.
