Who were looking for:

As the Regional Print Estimator, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely estimates for large format digital printing projects. This includes evaluating project specifications, materials, labor, installation, and subcontractor costs, and ensuring that estimates are delivered within 24-48 hours to internal and external stakeholders. You will work closely with clients, sales teams, production departments, and vendors to deliver the most cost-effective and profitable solutions while maintaining high standards of quality.

You will report to the local manager and collaborate with other regional teams to maintain competitive pricing and source new materials and processes to enhance service offerings. The regions you will be covering ranges from PA, NJ, NY and New England.

Salary: $55,000 - $60,000

In this role you will:

• Evaluating bid invites/RFPs with an ability to read and work blueprints, elevation plans, specs, or abstract designs
• Determine the production centers and routing needed to produce the job as specified
• Installation research and scheduling
• Perform site surveys as needed
• Calculate costs associated with product and vendor resourcing
• Use internal or external sources to help establish best materials and processes for RFQs
• Maintain awareness and knowledge of material price changes and competitive pricing
• Utilize bidding software to build estimates and submit to customers and sales
• Constant communication with internal sales team and project managers
• Source new vendors and continue strengthening existing relationships with suppliers
• Proof all estimates for accuracy and value prior to sending off for customer approval
• Establish a consultative approach when working with customers and sales team
• Work with other Riot locations on special projects and opportunities
• Continued education in materials, fixtures, displaysand graphic applications

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in a print estimating role, preferably in large format digital printing or a related industry.
• Strong understanding of blueprints, elevation plans, and abstract designs.
• Experience with cost analysis, material sourcing, and vendor management.
• Proficiency in bidding and estimating software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver high-quality estimates within 24-48 hours.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to perform site surveys and collaborate across departments.
• Knowledge of industry-specific materials and processes is a plus.
