We are seeking a Recruiting Specialist to join our team as we expand our recruiting efforts to deliver exceptional results for our clients. Our team excels at sourcing, recruiting, and hiring the right candidates for our clients’ unique needs. The position is fully remote, with a preference for candidates based in the Washington, DC area.

Responsibilities:

• Manage interview scheduling and communicate regularly with candidates
• Review applications and identify top candidates for further consideration
• Source candidates using recruiting platforms and other tools
• Maintain detailed records in internal systems and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Support ad hoc recruiting and operations projects as needed
• Write, edit, and post compelling job descriptions tailored to client needs

Requirements:

• Previous work experience with Republican or conservative political organizations is highly desired
• Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills; ability to prioritize and adapt in a dynamic work environment
• Confidence with competence, self-starter mentality, and strong professional judgment.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms is a plus
