Quantitative Researcher/Quantitative Trader

The company

I'm thrilled to be working with a highly successful and growing hedge fund as they look to onboard fresh talent. While the firm has traditional footings, their systematic presence is growing rapidly, and they're looking for Quantitative Researchers and Traders to join the team in Manhattan.

• $150,000 basic salary + 20-30% PnL splits.

What you will do

• Manage a systematic book throughout the entire life cycle.
• Work alongside fellow traders and the head of desk to optimize existing strategies, and generate new ones.
• Signal and alpha generation.

What you will need

• At least 3 years of experience in a quant research or quant trading role within U.S. or global equities.
• Provable track record with a 2+ Sharpe.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate to senior stakeholders.
• A right to work in the USA, existing H1B/E2/similar visa holders are welcome to apply.
