Project Coordinator
Minnetonka, MN (Hybrid Remote)


Job Description/Job Purpose
Responsible for providing a high level of customer satisfaction by coordinating the appropriate resources to successfully implement projects within the customers' timelines.



Key Responsibilities

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, striving to exceed customer expectations
• Effectively communicate dependencies and project status to customers and others as required
• Manages change in scope, identifying potential issues and communicate solutions to customer
• Schedule and coordinate all aspects of the project work plan from pre-installation surveys, installations, service calls and customer follow ups as appropriate (includes technicians, materials, equipment, etc.)
• Answering calls within a call center
• Ensure project documents are complete, processed and stored appropriately
• Facilitate Client meetings effectively
• Keep the project team and other stakeholders well informed of changes and updates
• Ensure accurate invoicing and monitor procurement of materials for all projects

Qualifications

• Demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
• Ability to communicate information and ideas clearly and concisely, in writing and verbally
• Ability to actively listen and ask effective questions to accomplish tasks proficiently
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work in fast paced environment, and ability to meet deadlines
• Proven ability to effectively meet customer's needs, build productive internal and external stakeholder relationships and take responsibility for customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Self-disciplined and able to work independently
• Strong time management and ability to multi-task; takes initiative and follows through
• Strong work ethic and commitment to integrity
• Desire and ability to grow with the company
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of PC tools Outlook, VPN, IM and the Internet
• Other duties as assigned by Management
