People Operations Manager fo Exceptional Creative Agency
A Global Creative Agency is looking for a phenomenal People Operations Manager to lead/oversee their Human Resources needs! It offers a REMOTE working environment (must be based on East Coast). This is a wonderful opportunity for someone looking to play a pivot part in human resources for the boutique agency. One must have current or prior experinece working in boutique agencies + experience working with global offices.
$95k – 120k base + great benefits/perks!
The People Operations Manager manages recruitment, employee relations, benefits, onboarding, and improves policies and processes. This person will partner with the company’s PEOs on compliance, payroll, and benefits to ensure they have the proper tools and resources in various HR areas, and will report directly to the company executive team!

Requirements:
Must have experience at a small-sized (less than 100 people) graphic design studio, creative agency or advertising agency
5+ years of HR experience, with a focus on managing multiple offices in the US
2+ years of HR experience working with an office in the UK
Strong understanding of HR laws and regulations
Must be proficient with Mac OS as we are a Mac/Apple environment
