People Operations Manager fo Exceptional Creative Agency

A Global Creative Agency is looking for a phenomenal People Operations Manager to lead/oversee their Human Resources needs! It offers a REMOTE working environment (must be based on East Coast). This is a wonderful opportunity for someone looking to play a pivot part in human resources for the boutique agency. One must have current or prior experinece working in boutique agencies + experience working with global offices.


$95k – 120k base + great benefits/perks!


The People Operations Manager manages recruitment, employee relations, benefits, onboarding, and improves policies and processes. This person will partner with the company’s PEOs on compliance, payroll, and benefits to ensure they have the proper tools and resources in various HR areas, and will report directly to the company executive team!


The key areas:

  • Recruitment - Source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and send out offer letters, maintain relationships with industry recruiters
  • Onboarding - Develop and manage onboarding process for employees and freelancers in all offices, set up onboarding schedule for training, meetings with key players in all departments
  • Employee relations - Act as main point of contact for employee HR issues and questions, maintain employee records, and manage leaves
  • Benefits administration - Manage and administer employee benefits program, monitor insurance coverage and ensure that policies are updated. Work with US & UK PEOs for annual benefits renewal
  • Performance review management - Support department leads across all offices with the performance evaluation process
  • Policy and procedure development - Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, track PTO, and maintain the employee handbook
  • Company culture and DEI - Foster a culture of inclusion and belonging and support the company's commitment to DEI

 

Requirements:
Must have experience at a small-sized (less than 100 people) graphic design studio, creative agency or advertising agency
5+ years of HR experience, with a focus on managing multiple offices in the US
2+ years of HR experience working with an office in the UK
Strong understanding of HR laws and regulations
Must be proficient with Mac OS as we are a Mac/Apple environment
