Capturing data from the patient Allotting time to each customer equally. Dealing with medical insurance companies. Answering the phone calls and email inquires. Advising the customers about insurance plans. Scheduling appointments for the Patients Requirements: ~ Committment to providing excellent service and compassionate care ~2-5 years experience in customer service - call center or health care experience is a Plus ~ High shool diploma or equivalent ~ Strong commununication skills ~ Ability to multi-task ~ Strong interpersonal skills ~ Ability to work independently Pay : $16.50/hr Full Benefits Qualified candidates, please submit your resume for immediate consideration!
