Enterprise Mobility has an immediate opening for a Full Time License and Title Clerk at our Group Headquarters in Scott Depot, WV!

The License and Title department is responsible for partnering with our Vehicle Acquisition, Remarketing and Referral Car Sale teams to accurately and efficiently process paperwork related to the registration, titling and subsequent sale of our vehicle fleet. We are seeking an individual with the ability to accurately work with a high-volume of transactions. Additionally, it is important that this individual be able to multi-task and have sound communication skills.

This is a full-time position that starts at $16.00/hr based on a 40-hour work week.

• Management of titles for vehicles from various states
• Assigning titles, ensuring compliance of procedures and accurate documentation
• Applying for duplicate titles when necessary
• Forwarding titles to various departments or teams as needed
• Supporting the team with title issues
• Working with local dealerships to ensure compliance
• Filing and documenting
• Various administrative duties as assigned

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have 1 year of experience in an administrative role or previous clerical experience in an automotive dealership
• Must have a valid driver license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years (i.e.., DUI/DWI).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must have at least basic/beginner PC knowledge with experience in Office 365, Word, & Excel required.
• Apart from religious observations, must be willing to work a 40 hour work week between the hours of Monday-Friday 8:00am- 5:00pm.
