Join our dynamic Global Marketing team, a driving force behind Ingredion’s success in determining where to play and how to win. As a Marketing Intern, you’ll dive into and lead high-impact projects that will offer you a unique chance to shape go-to-market strategies and materials, sales enablement tools and work closely with the Insights, Brand and Communications and Digital Centers of Excellence.

*Your role will consist of: *

• Assisting in planning, development and execution of marketing initiatives.
• Creating presentations and sales enablement tools to support Ingredion’s go-to-market strategy.
• Working with data and insights to help identify opportunities and whitespace.
• Working on projects with the Insights, Brand and Communications and Digital Centers of Excellence.
• Supporting and leading projects related to marketing strategy, category marketing, marketing excellence and operations, analytics and much more.

Passion and Interests:

• A passion for food, the food industry and food technologies with an eagerness to learn more.
• Creative and very interested in media, digital and content creation; up to date with the latest social media platforms and technology and have excitement for bringing forth great ideas for high-impact marketing and communication initiatives.

Skills and Abilities:

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written technical communication skills, e.g., making presentations and writing technical data/reports.
• Working knowledge of basic computer software applications such as MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Ambitious, able to prioritize, well-organized, good with time management and deadlines.
• Collaborative, works well with others.
• Motivated and goal-oriented while ready to ask questions.

Requirements:

• Ability to work 40 hours per week during the summer internship term.
• Reliable transportation required to get to and from the facility each workday.

*To be eligible for consideration, candidates must: *

• Currently possess unrestricted authorization to work in the United States. Ingredion does not intend to sponsor work visas with respect to this position or to provide this position as OPT or CPT.
• Be a currently enrolled student in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program. If currently enrolled in an undergrad status, must have completed at least two years of coursework with status as a sophomore, junior or non-graduating senior.
