Job Description:
We’re seeking a skilled and reliable Mini Excavator / Skid Steer Operator with at least 3 years of experience in residential and/or commercial site work. The ideal candidate will have strong operational skills and the ability to work independently and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Operate mini excavators and skid steers safely and efficiently
Perform precise footing excavation and trenching
Ability to set and cut grade with accuracy (a strong plus)
Maintain equipment and ensure daily inspections
Work closely with site supervisors to meet project timelines
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of equipment operating experience
Ability to read site plans and set grades is a major plus
Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
Must adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols
Pay: Based on experience
