Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Event Coordinator to join our growing team in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing a range of corporate events that reflect our brand’s reputation for professionalism and quality. This role requires a hands-on, detail-oriented individual with strong communication and project management skills.
Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate logistics for corporate events, meetings, trade shows, and conferences
Develop event timelines, budgets, and production schedules
Liaise with vendors, venues, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution
Manage event set-up, execution, and breakdown, including on-site supervision
Track event performance metrics and prepare post-event reports
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Address and resolve any event-related issues in real-time
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field
2+ years of experience in event coordination or project management
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to handle multiple projects under pressure and tight deadlines
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends
