Coton Colors Company is currently seeking a Customer Success Representative for our Corporate Office & Design Center, located in Nashville, TN

JOB OVERVIEW:

Responsible for managing the relationships with our customers. This includes general administrative work, proactive customer touch points, new customer onboarding, customer service and coordination with multiple functions. Collaborates with Sales Representatives to provide an excellent customer experience and facilitate the growth and development of customer relationships.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (but are not limited to):

• Serve as the main point of contact for your assigned accounts in coordination with the Sales Representative
• Provides customer communication via all channels – In person, phone, email, fax and company systems and websites
• Executes Account Management for multiple accounts, including
  • Customer Onboarding/Deboarding
  • Customer Training
  • Data Management and Reporting
  • Customer Analysis
• Delivers excellent customer service and development to include:
  • Order information, placement and inquiries
  • Customer communication regarding sales initiatives, promotions, and campaigns.
  • Product information
  • Shipping information and coordination
• Performs customer and company data management
• Performs customer reporting
• Assists Sales Representatives with:
  • Appointment setting
  • Corporate travel
  • Corporate events
  • Sales
• Participates in companywide events:
  • Trade shows, Conventions, Sales events
• College degree
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service and/or sales field, retail a plus
