Position Overview

The primary responsibility of this position will be to assist customers with placing orders and answering questions.

Essential Job Functions

• Respond to emails, phone calls, and other forms of correspondence.
• Promote and sell products and services.
• Answer telephone calls and assist customers.
• Handle orders, complaints, and other inquiries.
• Perform data entry when orders are completed or changed.
• Answer questions about the product or warranties.
• Maintain client database.
• Ensure all customer information is correct
• Enter customer orders into database for processing.
• Confirm orders for accuracy.

Position Requirements


Qualifications

• Must have Microsoft Office software experience
• High school diploma

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• High energy in a multi-tasking support role
• Strong customer service skills

Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem solving skills

•Good research skills and attention to detail

Typing 45+ wpm. Good 10-key skills.
