Certified Mobile Notary Service ( is seeking a dedicated Remote Notary to provide exceptional notarial services specifically tailored for real estate professionals. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in facilitating real estate transactions by ensuring the accurate and efficient notarization of important documents.
Responsibilities:
- Perform remote notarial acts for various real estate documents, including purchase agreements, loan documents, and deeds.

Requirements:
- Active Notary Public commission in your state.
- Previous experience as a notary public, with a strong emphasis on notarizing real estate documents, is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with remote notarization platforms and technology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with real estate professionals and clients.
