As a Construction Finisher with Servpro, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of service is provided to all customers and clients! In this role, you will manage a wide range of functions on all construction projects.
Key Responsibilities - Measure and mark cutting lines on materials, using ruler, pencil,
chalk, and marking gauge.
* Follow established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe
and clean environment.
*Verify trueness of structure, using plumb bob, level or laser level.
*Shape or cut materials to specified measurements, using hand tools,
machines, or power saw.
*Assemble and fasten materials to make framework or props, using hand
tools and wood screws, nails, dowel pins, or glue.
*Build or repair cabinets, doors, frameworks, windows, floors, and
other wooden fixtures used in buildings, using woodworking machines,
carpenters hand tools, and power tools.
*Measure, cut and install trim, baseboard and casing with accuracy.
Must be able to apply different applications properly.
*Fill cracks and other defects in plaster or plasterboard and sand
patch, using patching plaster, trowel, and sanding tool.
Position Requirements - High school diploma/GED
- Previous construction management experience
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to meet established production goals and maintain profitability
- Effective written and oral communication
Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies - Exposure to extreme conditions such as heat
- Ability to walk and/or stand for long periods of times (i.e., driving, sitting, climbing)
- Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights
- Exposure to noise levels at jobsites that can be loud
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
