Key Responsibilities :

• Install and maintain a wide range of roof systems on commercial and industrial buildings.
• Work with various roofing materials like TPO, EPDM, Metal Roofing, and more, to ensure roof performance and durability.
• Perform cutting, flashing, and detail work on roof intersections, curbs, vents, and walls.
• Install insulation, vapor barriers, and roof-related metal flashings, ensuring precise details.
• Follow safety guidelines, attend safety meetings, and work with the team to create a safe work environment.
• Assist Foreman with daily tasks, organize job sites, and manage crew and job inventory.

Skills & Experience :

• Work experience tear off and/ or installation of commercial roof systems.
• Proficient in tear-offs, insulation installation , and membrane work (Dens Deck, TPO, EPDM, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of roof flashing, detail work, and safety protocols .
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Additional experience (6-10+ years) and knowledge of roofing manufacturer specifications are a plus.
• Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation.
