**Responsibilities**

* Assists LIFE participants with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, personal hygiene and meals

* Provides mobility and therapy assistance; wheelchair and van transfers; and complete range of motion and other restorative exercises

* Provide personal care as well as various other duties (homemaking, light cleaning, shopping, meal preparation, etc.) for our participants in their homes

* Accurately take and record temperatures, pulses, respirations, blood pressures and weights

* Assists in the day center with serving meals, meal clean up, games, crafts, discussion and other activities

**Requirements**

* Active CNA certificate

* Must have a current and valid Pennsylvania drivers license and a good driving record

**Hours**

* Full time - 40 hours/week

* Shifts vary between day and early evening
