What You'll Do:

• Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for our diverse client base, building strong relationships and addressing their needs.
• Account Strategy: Develop and execute tailored account strategies to drive client success and expansion.
• Problem-Solving and Innovation: Proactively identify opportunities, address challenges, and troubleshoot issues to ensure client satisfaction.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our skilled teams to deliver comprehensive solutions that exceed client expectations.
• Client Training and Onboarding: Utilize your tech-savvy skills to train and onboard clients, ensuring they effectively utilize our systems and products.
• Client Success: Guide clients through trial periods, addressing their questions and concerns to secure long-term partnerships.
• Data-Driven Insights: Analyze client data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Troubleshooting: Effectively identify and resolve technical issues that may arise for clients.
• Proactive Problem-Solving: Anticipate potential problems, conduct thorough research, and implement solutions to prevent issues from escalating.

What You'll Need:

• Industry Experience: Previous experience in the multifamily property management industry is preferred.
• Remote Work Proficiency: Proven ability to work independently and productively in a remote work environment.
• Strong Work Ethic: A dedication to meeting deadlines, maintaining high-quality standards, and taking ownership of tasks.
