Chief Financial Officer

$230-270K plus very strong bonus package

Hybrid in Portland Market (not open to remote)

Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial activity and reporting for the company; overseeing accounting and finance, treasury, banking, insurance, compliance and IT
• Improvement in finance infrastructure and accounting process to support company growth
• Develop strategy to improve margins, volume, and footprint along side executives
• Lead and delegate with a positive approach, retaining a willingness to be hands on as needed

Qualifications

• CPA, BS degree
• Experienced CFO or VP of Finance with 20+ years of progressive growth through Accounting and Finance positions
• Oversight of both Accounting and Finance teams
• Experience with M&A on the buy side
• Leadership of larger teams
• Team building and development in a high growth environment
• Ability to strategically guide leadership to sound business decisions
