In this position, the individual will offer a wide array of support services to our Assisted Living residents.
*Responsibilities: *
* Document the care provided and report any changes in the resident's condition.
* Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
* Perform welfare checks on residents.
* Document and report care provided and resident observations.
* Provide physical assistance, laundry & bedding assistance, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
* Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques.
* Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, families, and co-workers.

*Qualifications: *
* High School Diploma or equivalent required.
* Applicants are required to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
* Coachable and the willingness and ability to learn.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to handle challenging behaviors with patience and empathy.
* Ability to provide compassionate patient care.
*Certificates required:*
* Certification as an Arizona Caregiver is required.
* CPR and First Aid certifications are required.
* A valid Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card is required.
* A current negative TB test is required. If necessary, we can administer the test free of charge.
