RISE is currently seeking two part-time Behavior Technicians (BT) to join our team, working either in-home or in-clinic. This role involves one-on-one interaction with autistic children, implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs and techniques to enhance skills and reduce challenging behaviors, all under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Position Details:

Compensation: Starting at $18.50 per hour, with the potential to increase to $20 per hour.
Experience: No previous experience required.
Education: No formal education requirements.

The RISE Center for Autism has been dedicated to serving the community for over seven years. We provide ABA services to children with autism to increase their skills development. Recently, we expanded by opening a new clinic in Ann Arbor. Our center is equipped with experienced staff who can provide comprehensive training for new hires to become Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT).
