We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Associate Attorney to join our dynamic Legal team. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our firm's litigation team, focusing primarily on commercial litigation. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned attorney to apply their knowledge and skills in a challenging and rewarding environment.

As a Permanent Associate Attorney, you will be expected to:
1. Handle all aspects of commercial litigation, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, preparing motions, and managing trial preparation.
2. Represent clients in court or before government agencies, presenting evidence to defend clients or prosecute defendants in criminal or civil litigation.
3. Negotiate settlements of civil disputes in the best interest of our clients.
4. Conduct legal research and analysis of law sources such as statutes, legal articles, legal decisions, and legal codes to prepare legal documents, such as briefs, pleadings, appeals, etc., for case preparation.
5. Advise clients concerning business transactions, claim liability, advisability of prosecuting or defending lawsuits, or legal rights and obligations.
Job Details
The ideal candidate for the Associate Attorney position must have:
1. A Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
2. A minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial litigation.
3. Active membership in good standing with the State Bar.
4. Proven track record of success in the courtroom, including trial experience.
5. Exceptional research, writing, and communication skills.
